Born into a baker’s family in Toluca, Mexico, Chef Yanni Sanchez has traveled the world to perfect her craft.
After studying at the Culinary Institute of Mexico in Puebla, she honed her skills at prestigious establishments like the Ritz Carlton in Paris and the Mayan Palace in Acapulco and Cancun.
